DAY 01: INTERNATIONAL ARRIVAL
Assistance on your arrival in LIMA and transfer to the Sonesta “El Olivar” hotel. Free time to rest and prepare for starting your trip around this unusual City and magical country.
DAY 02: CULINARY & CULTURAL TOUR IN LIMA
Early in the morning, pick up at your hotel, proceed to the visit of the National Archaeological Museum that exhibits evidence of all ancient cultures in the Peruvian civilization in a chronological and didactic way, the most interesting being the collections of Chavin, Paracas, Nazca, Mochica, Huari, Chimu and Inca. After this visit you will have a demonstration of how to prepare the traditional Pisco Sour a national drink, then you will also observe the demonstration of cooking the Traditional Ceviche: Ceviche is made right before you eat it. After this, you will be dropped off at the hotel.
At 4.00 you will be picked up from your hotel and take you to the romantic seaside neighborhood of Barranco, home to many Peruvian artists and writers who find the sleepy daytime ambiance, rich nightlife, colonial architecture, and sea breezes conducive to finding inspiration. the Bridge of Sighs, might just be the most romantic place in all of Lima, Prepare yourself for sweet bliss as you have your first taste of a picarone, a traditional street food similar to a donut that is every sugar-loving Limeño’s favorite snack. Next you will head to the favorite watering hole of the bohemian and intellectual set in Lima. Juanito is a typical bodega with an anything but typical clientele. Since the 1960s people from diverse backgrounds have united here through a mutual appreciation of good conversation, cheap beer, and some of the best pisco in Lima. From Juanito you will head to a new upscale restaurant called Chala. Here you can taste some of Peru´s most inventive dishes prepared by a gourmet chef who makes excellent use of the exotic local fruits and seafood native to Peru. This minimalistic restaurant and bar is located in a converted colonial-style house with a beautiful veranda overlooking the pathway to the sea and the Bridge of Sighs. Back to hotel and overnight.
DAY 03: FD MISTURA FEST
Today you will be taken to one of the best and famous Gastronomic Festival. The fourth edition of Peru’s International Gastronomic Fair Mistura will open once again on September in Lima , here you will have the chance to taste some of the our typical peruvian food. MISTURA is known as the best and bigger fair in Latin America and as always there will be some cuisine-related activities including seminars, conferences, salon of the chocolate, cacao & coffee, round tables, contests, dance performances and concerts. (it is suggested to visit it on a week day, so we avoid the crowds) Back to hotel and overnight.
DAY 04: LIMA - CUSCO
At due time, transfer to the airport to board your flight to Cusco.
Arrival in CUSCO and transfer to the Andean wings hotel. We suggest to rest in order to avoid the altitude sicknessIn the afternoon, tour of Cusco city, visiting the main square, the cathedral and the Temple of the Sun or Korikancha. Then visit to the Inca sites of Kenko, Tambomachay, Puca Pucara and the impressive Fortress of Sacsayhuamnan strategically built on a hill overlooking Cusco, famous for its enormous carved stones.
Back to hotel and overnight.
DAY 05: FD CULINARY TOUR
Visit the market of San Pedro (Cusco) to see the variety of products Breakfast In Situ in the San Pedro market Half day: Visit the village of Oropesa where they can observe the famous production of homemade breads made with wood. Visit the ruins of Tipon and the town of Andahuaylillas.
Afternoon - Evening: Demonstration and tasting these dishes at Andean Wings: • Appetizer: Cause of chicken and vegetables • Second: Aji de gallina or Lomo Skipped • Dessert: Rice pudding, or

DAY 06: CUSCO - MACHU PICCHU
Today is certainly the highpoint of the trip with one of the greatest sights on the continent – Machu Picchu. You will by transferred to the Poroy train stations to begin a spectacular train journey through the mountains bye the Vistadome train. Upon arrival, meeting service at the train station of Aguas Calientes and transfer in bus to the ruins, located in the top of the mountain. Guided visit.At the end of the tour by the ruins, you will have lunch at the Sanctuary Lodge.
At night enjoy a delicious gourmet dinner at the Sumaq Machu Picchu Hotel. Overnight.
DAY 07: MACHU PICCHU – CUSCO
Lunch at the Inkaterra HotelIn the afternoon, return to Cusco by Vistadome train and transfer to your hotel.
DAY 08: CUSCO – LIMA
At due time, transfer to the hotel to board your flight back to Lima. Arrival in Lima and assistance at the airport to board your international flight.
