Your representative who met me first at the Monasterio hotel and then was so kind to bring a suitcase to the Libertador hotel for us went over and beyond the call of duty, I think his name was Frederico. Karina and driver Javier were the most pleasant, informative and friendly folks we met on this trip. We saw many places that we hadn`t heard about which is what we wanted to experience since we were trying to stay away from crowded tourist areas. I can't thank you enough for sending these extremely competent people to help us enjoy a trip of a lifetime which Peru certainly was. This day tour exceeded our expectations in every way. We were particularly impressed with the efforts of Fatima in Machu Picchu who made special arrangements for us to visit the local school to deliver letters from their twin school here in Yorkshire.
